WEBSITE & EARLY ACCESS PRIVACY

Your details. A clear purpose.

This draft explains the website signup list. It is separate from how the OnePar app handles practice information.

Draft updated September 18, 2026 · Not yet effective

PLAIN-LANGUAGE SUMMARY

The short version.

The early-access form stores your email, platform choice and consent record in a private database. It does not create an app account. No emails are sent yet, and a private link lets you confirm removal.

This summary helps you scan the notice. The complete sections below provide the detail.

What this notice covers

This notice covers the OnePar website and its early-access list. It does not describe practice information inside the app. That has a separate app privacy notice.

Who is responsible

The proposed publisher is Tillwork Studio LLC, with Berryville, Arkansas as the proposed display location. The exact legal name has not yet been confirmed against the entity filing.

The website and privacy contact is tillworkstudio@gmail.com. The confirmed inbox does not change the proposed publisher details above.

What you provide

When you join early access, the website stores your email address in normalized form, your iPhone or Android choice, the signup time and the consent version that applied. It also stores a one-way hash of a random private removal token. The form does not ask for your name, an app account or payment information.

Why it is used

The information is used to organize interest in testing and to provide OnePar testing and launch updates for your chosen platform. Your consent does not extend to unrelated marketing.

Storage and service providers

The site is hosted through Lovable and signup records are stored in Lovable Cloud. These providers process information needed to deliver, operate and protect the site. The signup database is not publicly readable.

The site also loads its chosen typeface from Google Fonts, which means a browser requests font files from Google when a page opens. No email delivery provider is connected.

How long it is kept

A daily database job removes an early-access record 18 calendar months after signup, or 30 days after a successful launch notice is recorded for that subscriber, whichever happens first. A failed or merely queued email does not start the 30-day period.

Short-lived abuse-throttle records are removed after 24 hours. Provider logs and backups may follow provider-controlled retention periods, so deleting the active database row does not necessarily erase every backup or operational log immediately. Privacy correspondence is not stored by this website.

Leaving the list

A new signup receives a private management link on the success screen. Opening it does not delete anything; you must confirm removal. Confirmation promptly deletes the matching active signup record.

If the link is lost, email tillworkstudio@gmail.com to ask for help removing the signup. A future email provider may need to retain a minimal suppression record so that an unsubscribed address is not added back to mailings.

Email

The website does not currently send confirmation or update emails. Before updates are sent, OnePar needs a verified sender, clear sender identification and a working unsubscribe process. Only a successfully delivered launch notice may be recorded as sent for retention purposes.

Cookies and tracking

OnePar has not added visitor analytics, advertising pixels or marketing cookies to this site. Hosting and preview access systems may process connection information or use essential access controls to deliver and secure the service.

The signup form uses a short-lived one-way code derived from the submitted email and a private server value to limit repeated attempts. It does not place that code in your browser or store a raw IP address in the signup list.

Audience and age

An adult-only early-access rule has been proposed but not approved. The current form does not ask for a birth date, and this draft does not make an unverified age claim.

Changes to this notice

Each approved version will carry its own effective date and consent version. Existing signup records keep the version accepted at signup. If the purpose of the list materially changes, OnePar will establish an appropriate communication and consent process before using information for that new purpose.
